Recommended Method: Machine Wash

- Set the washing machine to a gentle cycle with cold water (30°C/86°F).
- Use a mild detergent, as strong detergents can break down the fibers over time.
- Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as these can damage the material.
- Remove the garment promptly from the washing machine to reduce the risk of wrinkles and color bleeding.
- Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel or drying rack to air dry. Avoid hanging as this can stretch the fabric.

Hand Wash
- Fill a basin with cold water (30°C/86°F) and add a small amount of mild detergent.
- Submerge the garment and gently agitate the water with your hands to disperse the detergent.
- Let the garment soak for about 10-15 minutes, then gently rub any soiled areas.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all the detergent is removed.
- Press the water out gently without wringing the garment. Lay it flat on a clean, dry towel and roll up the towel with the garment inside to remove excess water.
- Lay the garment out flat on another dry towel, reshaping it as needed, and let it air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Ironing
- Turn the garment inside out to avoid direct heat on the outer surface.
- Set the iron to the low-temperature setting suitable for polyester and elastane (110°C/230°F).
- Use a pressing cloth between the iron and the garment to prevent damage.
- If needed, lightly press the fabric, ensuring not to apply too much pressure to avoid creating shine marks.

Dry Cleaning
- Dry cleaning is not recommended for this garment and could potentially damage the fabric.
