Recommended Method: Hand Wash
- Fill a basin with cold water (below 30°C/86°F) and add a small amount of gentle detergent.
- Submerge the garment and gently swirl it around. Avoid rubbing or wringing the material.
- Soak for 5-10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove all soap.
- Press the water out by pressing the garment against the basin sides. Do not twist or wring.
- Lay flat on a clean towel, roll the towel with the garment inside to remove excess water, then reshape and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

Machine Wash
- Turn the garment inside out to protect the outer fabric.
- Place the garment in a mesh laundry bag.
- Use a gentle cycle with cold water (below 30°C/86°F) and a delicate detergent.
- Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
- After washing, remove the garment promptly to avoid wrinkles.
- Lay flat to dry, reshaping while damp. Avoid hanging as this can distort the shape.
